Audio is fine. Video quality is decent. No cheating detected.

5 of the 6 tracks are faster than in the 9:17. Gigan Rocks clocks in here at 00'37''45 while the 9:17 was in 00'35''83.

Aside from Gigan Rocks, this run is better quicker and better executed.

I accept this run to obsolete the 9:17 run.
Okay, so if you look at the video I linked and try playing it at 0.25 speed at 480 p and at 720@60, you can clearly see the 720@60 is smoother. This is not true for the YT upload that this submission was taken from. Based on that, I think the run was never recorded at the native framerate. (you can see it here on YT) If so, it fails the A/V check since we require the native framerate for any game, up to 60 fps, as I understand.
