I was wondering why noone did a run on SOF, although it has an internal clock, and has a high moving speed...
Are there any reasons why there is no run?

Lol, ask the mystical forces why there is no run. Maybe a run will appear one day, with a rainbow costume on, skipping along a forest carrying large bags of fairy dust.... Ok, I'm done.

IMHO it's a pretty boring shooter based only on gore display, and thus lacking gameplay. Unless you enjoy mindlessly disassembling enemys by shooting one body part after the other, it's nothing for you.
It was a controversial game.. some loved it, some were shocked by the gore display, and some simply considered it boring.
Anyway, grabbing the demo before buying can't hurt.

oh, and about the topic: There is no speedrun because nobody has done one yet. DUH!
