I'm selling a RGB , S-video and LED power indicator modded SNES 2.

This item is sold.

It's console only, no cords or power adapter.  It uses the same cables as a SNS-001 (Model 1 SNES)

These normally only have composite out and do not produce S-video or RGB, nor do they come with a power indicator light.  The indicator I added is very subtle as can be seen in the pictures.  It's tested and works great.  I took the liberty of making a video capture of all the video outs and even threw in BSNES for comparison.  The SNES mini has the 1Chip motherboard that is famous for giving the best picture quality, the only difference between this mini's RGB out and a SNS-001 (Model 1 SNES) 1Chip SNES is that the mini has a slightly weaker red.

It's in great shape, no yellowing at all on the plastic.

Video capture of this particular SNES Mini (watch in HD for best results):

I do love the look of RGB capture. I RGB modded my SNES Jr. and I love it. Your power indicator mod is a nice touch. Also 1:10 from that video makes me wonder what 8-player Super Mario Cart would be like.

If you take a look at the monitor in the Super Metroid intro, (Timestamp 1:51) it has a different color than the other screens when capturing RGB? Is this a glitch?

No, that's youtube's 30FPS limit.  The monitors are actually flashing 2 colors. It means I started the RGB capture 1 frame off, I'm not perfect :P.  They're just flashing on different frames, which is why they switch.  Also, price drop.

I would have easily snapped this up if I l was in the US. The price was a steal. I can't even get a normal US NTSC SNES here in the UK for less than 150.

I could possibly make another, but you'd have to cover the shipping.  No idea how much that would be to UK, never shipped internationally.  It'd be $70 + whatever shipping is.
USPS First Class International looks to be $22-24 if you can get it packaged under 2 pounds (the console is about 1lb 2.2oz, but might vary a little), otherwise it's about $30. If you want to be safe insurance would be around $2-3.
