I need more test equipment, so decided to sell this. Up for sale is a Component video out/S-video out NTSC Snes Mini/Jr./SNES2. The SNES mini uses the 1Chip Nintendo PCB board which is renown for it's superior video quality over any other SNES model.
I've thoroughly cleaned the console inside and out. I've added component video out and when used is basically like looking at an emulator on your television, except its actual hardware. I've also added S-video out to the console, as the mini does not have this natively. I've cut the tabs to allow playback of super famicom games. I've also taken the liberty of adding a 220uF cap on the output of the SNES's 7805 voltage regulator to basically guarantee you'll never see the dreaded 'SNES vertical bar' that can occur on all models (including mini's and Old style 1Chip's).
A note on using component video, the input source must be able to accept a 240P signal. Most CRT's that have component inputs will, but not all of them. Most newer HD capture cards that have component capture do not usually support it. So be sure to check if your device can accept a 240P signal, otherwise you will get a distorted picture, or no picture at all.
