Cheating: None, ammo and health item usage all check out.

It's an extremely well executed run with the only major timelosses coming from RNG beyond the runner's control and even then it only amounts to about seven-ish seconds in a run that's a several minute improvement over the past one.

We have a pretty solid run with very few minor (yet annoying) flaws here. It beats the current SDA record & 2nd place at speedrun.com by big margins.
