I had an updated version before i found out about these skips. It looks like if you update it make some of the skips harder/impossible.

With the new update the end of level chapter 2 boss fight skip doesn't seem to work(door isn't lit up) and the chapter 1 NG+ OOB skip seems to have an extra invisible wall blocking where i need to go. Also the NG chapter 1 hoji skip is slightly more difficult but still doable because they added another wall there.
Also the chapter 10 final skip(jumping to the whisperer) doesn't work as well, they seem to have added a death floor to where the whisperer is.

Also found out that in the boat jump at the beginning of chapter 9 they added an wall in front of the boat, I found a different path to get to the same crate though.(http://www.twitch.tv/redemption99/c/3573749).

Yeah, 1.0 is the way to go. The other patches fix a lot of OOB/skips.

Not sure how I would go back to that patch and keep it like that.(steam updates and whatnot)

I don't think i can say how you would get it back, but i think you get where im going with this.

When you hit the difficulty button. Also, a tip, load into prologue to preload it and then go to main menu and restart, should shave about 20 sec off the first loading screen.

I think the ingame timer starts after we hit 'Press any button to continue' after loading.

Updated NG any% run, 1:56:41. Died on 16 on last fight by being pulled into my own rockets D:. Also end of chapter 2 skip is still painful, trying to find a consistent way to land next to the door without touching the spawn trigger.
SoB is 1:50 so aiming for sub 1:50.

We can use the OOBs on 5 now to do some minor skips given that you do the seal order Blue->Green->Red.
When coming out from the well, go OOBs and climb over to Red. This will skip the fire spitting bird guys and long 5 or something waves of skeletons.
It's best to unlock the door to Red before doing Blue and Green, otherwise you'll get stuck in that section.

It might work if you want to do Red -> Blue -> Green but I'll have to check when I get some free time later today, also to make a highlight.

Better yet, found a way to skip the seals entirely but it relies on a tough to get dash boost / bounce. So first door that is locked by the 3 seals you can bounce over from a railing, second one you will have to go out of bounds by dashing off the right railing along the hill side. Moving back to the second door with the 3 seals you will have to get on a ledge of one of the towers that is about the same height as the roof tops. Afterwards go back to the 2nd locked door to spawn monsters, otherwise you can't get to the golem.

Well, this is another thing to make a highlight for when I get a chance tonight.

Here's an hour of me fiddling with it, it is doable from 2 sides. One is by walking on top of the invisible walls adjusting from wall to rooftop to wall again.
Another is an easier way which is to hug the invisible wall, going around to land on a large invisible floor, hug the building and dash to another invisible floor.

End of the day you want to get to 2nd floor of the golem room, along the passage way is the exit trigger.

Hey.
I did a thing.

It can certainly get faster than this, hope it gets some people interested in the game!
