Awesome, thanks to everyone. I'll see what I can do. Right now the first thing that comes to mind is that perler doesn't have that sort of olive/saturated green color. So it would have to be more of a pure green.

Also, really glad to see so much discussion here; I hope some more fantastic prizes come out of it!

Just wanted to add that I will also be knitting:
- a katamari plushie (with magnets in the bumps, if I can get some),
- a Moomba plushie,
- a Jumbo Cactuar plushie, and
- a Metroid plushie.

I may have some other things to add, but at this point I'm not sure if I can realistically get more things done in time.

As an aside, I wanted to mention that, for a while, I've been working on trying to create a standardized version of Triple Triad. I know that, at this point, it's impossible for SGDQ but, assuming I didn't have to create all the art for each, I could assemble a deck of 10-15 cards as a future marathon prize. Does that sound appealing, at all?

My feelings on The Demon Rush

I think that's a great prize idea, blsh. We'll probably do ffix in a future marathon, and it also has a card game so the prize could probably fit there (even though the two card games are quite different) .

This is mostly for CyberBotX, but for whomever has some input. This is my WiP and the closest I could get with colors. It's definitely brighter than in the game, but so far I think it's going okay.

I see on the schedule that the Moomba will be given away in Part 1 and the Cactuar in Part 2. That distribution is absolutely the correct one (I'm mentioning it just in case that happened by happy coincidence, as opposed to it being a conscious choice). The Jumbo Cactuar is only in Part 2, whereas Moombas are in both parts.

Ok then, I picked up a replica of the Skull Key from Goonies. Its not handknitted and fluffy, but it'll fit the bill. I'll get a photo of it when it arrives, hopefully it looks the part. Its a shame my talents of creation are cooking, baking and making candies, as perishable goods aren't really marathon friendly.

Question, is there any prize that I could buy for the marathon that would be a big draw? I have a pretty big surplus from my donation stream, but I can't think of anything to purchase aside from buying a copy of Mario Kart Wii to complete Poxnor's Wii bundle.
