http://www.twitch.tv/team/sda

SDA is now a beta tester for a new TwitchTV feature called Team Pages, which has been set up at the above URL.  This is not intended to replace w00ty, especially since right now the Team Page only allows one active stream to be displayed at once (not to mention only supporting TwitchTV and not other stream providers).

Requirements for being added to the SDA team page:

1. You should be reasonably active in the SDA community (posting on this forum, submitting runs to the site, chatting in #sda on irc.speeddemosarchive.com, participating in streams of other SDA members, etc).  I don't really have hard and fast criteria for this, but someone who posts in this thread with a brand-new forum account is an example of someone that would not qualify.

2. A significant portion of what you stream on your TwitchTV channel should be speedrun practice/record attempts/races.  Streaming casual play/TASing/non-gaming content is fine, as long as the main focus of your channel is speedrunning.

3. Your channel should be a good representation of the SDA community.  Repeated streaming of content or behavior that poorly represents our community to the charities and game companies that we work with on our charity marathons is not acceptable.

Channels that cease to meet these criteria for an extended period of time may be removed from the team page without notice.

Also, please post any feedback you have about the team page and features you'd be interested in seeing - I can't make any promises; but since it's still in beta TwitchTV is definitely interested in our feedback.

Team pages huh? That is pretty neat! I would ask to be added but, I don't even have a run on the site yet. I am going to be starting my practice for Ys Origin since I just completed it with the 3rd playable character. But being on w00ty would be nice enough heh, BMN hasn't updated it in forever though...hope to get on this page in the future!
Intruding N313 and F014
You can add me.  I have been speedrunning once again.

Speed is all that matters.
That sounds pretty cool.

I'd like to be added as well, if possible.
One of my runs is currently at verification and I'm working on another run if that qualifies me to be added. Most of my stuff is about speed runs but occasionally I'm streaming something other than that as well.

One thing I dislike is that there doesn't seem to be a way to enable the chat for the stream from the team page. I'd need to go to the streamer's page to get into chat. It'd be neat to see an IRC style chat with different channels for each of the active streams.

Selecting streams that are offline takes you to the streamer's page, but it seems like it should have the same function as an online stream.

It seems like there should be an info page about the team. I'm not sure if that's just not implemented or not filled in yet. A link back to SDA by clicking the team name would be neat.

That's all I have at a brief glance. Looks pretty slick.

I've gone through and added everyone who meets the criteria in the first post.  If I didn't add you it's nothing personal - we're just trying to keep the page focused on speedrun streams (it's fine for speedrunners to stream casual play, TASing, and other stuff too, but we'd like to ensure that when people visit the page they'll mostly see speedrun practice/attempts).
I'd love to be added to the team page: http://twitch.tv/rggibson/

Most of my streams lately have been speedrun attempts of X-Men 2: Clone Wars and Mega Man 9, with a few SRL races too when I have time.  I'll check out the features on the team site and post some feedback soon.

I'd also love to be in:

As would I. I don't always do run attempts, but I think about half of what I stream is (usually Spinball).

Further feedback for TwitchTV, an option to stream to the channel and not to the team page. This way someone's stream could be listed, but won't always show online if they aren't streaming a team related event. Say if someone wanted to do something completely unrelated like stream a political discussion for whatever reason. Having this controllable on both sides maybe.

Speaking for myself, I haven't streamed a run in a good 8 or 9 months, but I may at some point. It'd be nice to have the option to flip a switch and get listed on the team page for that portion of my stream. I completely understand your stance in keeping the SDA Team page focused on speedrunning.
Exoray
I hope you're also actually forwarding any feedback to TwitchTV and not just leave things here Wink
I would like to be added too Smiley

When I start streaming my speedruns I'll add my stream up. Just need to finish a few games first, or at least find a moment where a speedrun attempt is good.
