everybody wanna tell you the meaning of music

Essentia, I've never heard of what you're describing, but here are things you can try:

- hit left alt + enter for window mode instead of fullscreen (you can also set this permanently in options)
- some kind of graphics setting... in default options/advanced, try each of the video output methods
- try a different version of MAME like the one here

Let me know if you still have MAME problems.

- This game is apparently easier than Darius Gaiden with autofire.
- I'm surprised how many people at SDA have Taito Legends 2. I could just pick 5 games from TL2 heh (but I won't).
- Even if no more people join, turnout is already higher than I figured, which is good.
- These people posted scores so far in Expert but not in Special yet: ~~VorpalEdge~~, ~~moozooh~~, ~~miipasu~~, ~~bsidwell~~

Enhasa, I tried the window mode and changing display options, but nothing helped. Here are some examples of what it looks like:

It's not completely unreadable, but it's still annoying. Maybe I'll have to try a different version or something.

I think i figured out how to get the high scores. Is it all about finishing the levels with as much as possible time on the clock?
though does everyone's bonus' go by
x100 for world 1
x200 for world 2
x300 for word 3? and etc?

I never thought I'd be able to beat AquaTiger's new score, but since it was Sunday I got up and had a shot and I think this game just clicked. Pretty much everything went how I wanted it to so I think I'm maxed out.

To enable mouse input, right click, properties, then go to controllers, and enable mouse input.
