SCRUBATHON IV - Quadruple Punishment (Online Marathon) (December 12TH - December 20TH)
It is that time of the year again, Marathons sprouting everywhere, people submitting their games hoping they get in, making videos to convince people their game has what it takes. It is that time of the year where we want to provide people with a chance to show off their game in Marathon setting again!
Whether you just want to show off the game itself or advertise your game for a marathon, you get your chance here. Like the times before we aim to let everybody have at least 1 run, however we can not make any promises that that will be the case at the end of the day.
We will run for a week again to entertain people and show what all the speedrunners that will submit are made of.
First of the logistics:
It will be held at twitch.tv/elmagus like always. Dates should be December 12 - December 20 . Depending on availability of runners these dates can vary by 1 day as shown.

What is the goal of this Marathon?
The main goal of this is to give runners that wanna attend a bigger marathon (AGDQ/SGDQ/ESA) or practice for any marathon in general experience on a twitch channel that is not their own in front of a (probably) larger crowd they usually have.
That being said, i obviously will still have runners in this that wont go to any marathon that just want to get practice in or show off their game in general and show people that Game X can be a good marathon game!
When is this going to take place?
For now its going to be from December 12 - December 20. This might change by a day.
Whats the timeframe for this?
As of now I plan on doing things as followed:
-Submissions until: November 22nd
-Cuts: November 23rd - November 29th
-Getting feedback from possible runners: November 30th - December 5th
-finalized Schedule: December 6th
How do submissions work?
To keep it as transparent as possible, you can submit your games in this very thread right here. I will have the submissions listed on a google doc tied together with the schedule, helpers and restreamers and all the info you will need.(see below once i have set up the doc)
As for the submissions itself, please follow the following rules:
-Please only submit a max of 5 Games. If you have multiple categories you can play, that will still count towards 1 game only. (DELN PLEASE)
As for how the submission should look, I will give you an example down below:

Can I help even if I don't want to play?
Yes, yes you can! Stuff like Artwork (Banners/Layouts/Logos) and Chat Mods/Restreamers or whatever are always appreciated! However I would like to wait until End of November for people to sign up for help, since I will be busy with sorting out runs anyways.
How do I contact you if I have any more questions?
There is a couple of ways to do so, you can PM me here and on twitch, you can go to the SRL IRC (my name is eLmaGus- on there) or add me on skype (eLmaGus1988, make sure to leave the reason you add me in the Contact message).
Commentary
If you would like to commentate for something, hit up the RUNNER, the runner will then tell me that you will be commentating for him. That way I can make sure the runner is okay with you commentating.
