Stay chill, be cool.
This was the RPG marathon that the RPG speedrunning community deserved.  It was well run and organized, there was great variety in the games that were in the lineup, and I want to make a huge shout out to everyone who helped out to make this marathon happen.

Much thanks for having the runs being uploaded to Youtube eventually.

I really do appreciate how the channel has been used for online events, as I felt it built up hype to the marathon.

I really did feel like I was watching an extension of SGDQ 2012 with the smallness and familiarity of the marathon, but with the experience that came from running the more recent GDQs.

In all, I want to say great work to everyone.
Caution: This user contains Kana ^_^
I'll add myself to the list of people congratulating a successful RPGLB. Thanks also for letting a German restream happen, thanks to eLmaGus- for cooperating with the Germench team from AGDQ and thanks to eLmaGus-'s guys for providing really great commentary.

But most of all thanks to RPGLB main organising staff for creating what seemed to be a great marathon from my point of view ^^ Good to see the Ruling Demonic Bird at the top of donations after FFVI (unfortunately missed it because work Y,…,Y) Will have to go back to watch the vods. And in my heart I'm still wishing to be there in person next year ~<3

And hey, Brossentia! Sorry, it was just your NAM I wanted to say Grin
<(^_^)>
Like with the GDQs, will there be an archive of local video recordings? It'd be nice to be able to upload my fire emblem run to my youtube channel (along with having it up on RPGLB's channel)

I absolutely loved this marathon. Looks like I'll have all my weeks of vacation planned for the next year Tongue
Kirby: yes. I have everything recorded, so we'll be dropping them on the RPGLB Youtube channel, and we'll also highlight the runs on Twitch. I'm hoping to get around to it by the end of this weekend.
Everything's better with Magitek
Just wondering, does anyone happen to have chat logs from the marathon?

I wasn't able to catch a lot of the runs I wanted to see due to prior commitments and such but I enjoyed what I did watch and I will be watching the vods. Like Wandering Mind said, it did feel like an extension of SGDQ 2012, which is one of my all-time favorites thus far. Great job everyone and I hope that this happens again next year. I enjoy RPG runs and events like this are always fun to watch and donate during.
Log of Twitch chat attached.  It's really surprisingly well behaved for the week.

Here's my logs of both the Twitch/Quakenet chats, sorted by day (timestamps are in US Central time).

Also, current plan is to have VODs uploaded to our Youtube channel (https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCJn8IWyQmWEIfpVjX7o2VnQ) by this weekend or early next week, along with doing prize drawings and starting a feedback thread.  Assuming there's interest, we'll start taking suggestions for a highlight/blooper reel as well.

Big, big thanks to everyone that helped make the first RPGLB such an amazing success!  I'm already looking forward to getting to work on making RPGLB '16 even better (after a few months' break Tongue ).

I have a question about the VoDs. I saw the English Vods on the Channel "Damage Boost;" however, the french VoDs are on the French RPG limit break channel. I'm why they are on that channel and not the English RPG Limit Break channel like puwexil said? my guess is a one of the viewers ripped the videos from twitch and uploaded them on that channel. Am I mistaken or not?

The RPGLB 2015 VODs are now on our YouTube channel (https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCJn8IWyQmWEIfpVjX7o2VnQ).  We were originally planning to edit and upload the OBS recordings; but the audio/video quality of the Twitch VODs ended up being comparable enough that we decided to export those to YT in order to get them up faster (which unfortunately means that Tales of Xillia and Lunar 2 are in 2 parts - hopefully this won't be an issue in the future once OBS Studio has been released).

I'd love to see a highlight/blooper reel for the marathon, if there's enough interest.  Feel free to post suggestions (with LiveSplit timestamps) for clips to use.

I definitly think we should do a single reel with both bloopers and highlights. I have a few in mind already but am waiting to see if there is going to be a thread for it.

I'm not sure of the times and I can check on it, but please PLEASE have the meta-mobile honking and the ensuing confusion in it from the Chrono Trigger run.  One of the greatest stream moments I've ever seen.

I said it on Twitter, but here seems more official.

Real Salt, For Everyday Use. [SW: KOTOR 2:31:17]

I'm watching the Earthbound run now, and so far there's at least 4 moments that need to be included:
Frank [13:04] (and it goes on for awhile... Smiley
Titanic Ant [34:54] (ie, "I don't see it happening" - then it happens)
Carpainter FTW [58:21] (right afterwards he misses the key to the shed and has to go back to get it)
Celise shows up wanting Uncle Bro's phone [1:12:51]

And that's just from the first hour...

Edit: MOAR! (also adding LiveSplit timestamps)

"Hopefully he doesn't do paralysis, and hopefully it doesn't hit Jeff.  Ok both those things just happened." [2:27:00]
"The only thing we don't want to see is the Kraken breathe fire. If he breathes fire, it's bad.  Anything else is good." But he survives! [3:04:28]
Cluch back attack save. [3:11:20]
Under-estimate by a hair [4:54:55] (might want to start slightly before that, though)

Final Fantasy IV
That simultaneous final boss fight, w/ Neerm going to the bats [3:12:24]

Fixed it!  Sorry!  Future posts (I'm sure I'll have them) will be correct.  I'll most likely add them to my original post, unless you would rather a new post as I stumble across ideas.
