You'll have a much easier time playing Japanese games on a US/Canadian Wii than a PAL one, since the US and Japanese systems are both NTSC, so they play pretty nicely together. So yes, pretty much follow my instructions. Bannerbomb or Letterbomb to install Hackmii, Install Priiloader + hacks_hash.ini, run on region free games in Priiloader, then install MMM and run it from Homebrew Channel. Install WAD.
