I'm addicted to Rez. When I play it, I don't close my eyes for periods of 10 minutes or more, and yes, my eyes hurt A LOT Shocked This is definitely one of my favorite games, and certainly one of the BEST games not out on the market. I'm curious to know everyone's thoughts on a speed run of this game. Since the game bubbles over with extras, I propose just a run of the basic game (no alternate color schemes, laser beams, cameras, etc.)

I would think this game would fall under high score videos than actual speed, wouldn't it?

It could, but speed running would be more competitive since there isn't much you can do to alter the total game time. Although the game is pretty much on-rails, you could still make the track shorter, if only be a few seconds.

If anything, the vid would make a great screensaver  Shocked

Know of any place I can buy this game? The only site I can find is eBay, where it goes for $70+ :-/

That's pretty much the price you'll have to pay, Exinex. Back in 2002, that would be a different story. If you have a modded PS2 and a DVD burner, you could get it off of a p2p program, illegitimately and free. But it's probably not likely you have those.

If anything, try all of the used game outlets and websites. You might get lucky.

Well, I got my copy new from a local toys r us for around $30 CAD before someone bought the rest of the copies. So you might get lucky from toys r us.

Ooooh. Toys R Us makes sense. Primarily kids shops there. I know it's not the place I would go looking for a game. Good tip.
