I just noticed that you missed a Title in your Zelda's Ownage: Master Quest. Probably because you won't have time in this schedule but it's just a notice.
Yeah, me too. I would like to play it many times. But I don't have anyone to play it with. But if you have got a friend that can Speedrun with you, will you then do a run?

Because it means another huge amount of research... There are major tricks already in that version. Plus if you play them both at around the same time you will just end up with a headache...
Well, it has to be easier looking for tricks. Because it is only the dungeons that have been changed. You can still use the same overworld route. Right?
Technically, yes..but it depends on how early you can get items in dungeons...because that may open up the possibility to doing the dungeons in a whole new order.
Four Swords can be done by one person, mostly. I'm playing through it by myself, two-player, and just carrying the second Link most of the time. Although I have needed to get my brother to control the second Link for the Forest Level Boss, and Vaati. Although I think I've figured out how to beat Vaati on my own now.
I've been out of the loop for too long. Did this Rodrigo guy actually do an LA and aLttP run, or is he just trying to piss you off by claiming he can? If so, what are his times and is the aLttP one faster than the one you've yet to submit?
I don't even have my cube at home tto begin schemeing of TWW tricks... but with a rushed game with such loose controls and stuff you'd think that the tricks would be plentiful or at least there would be more there than has been discovered. Keep lookin hard Spine_Shark; tear it apart.
There must be a way to skip all the fighting in Hyrule Castle somehow... damage boosting maybe. But I don't even know if you can use damage boosting in TWW.
If it is possible I bet someone here can figure it out.

Well I couldn't get out with the deku leaf because there is a clear wall blocking as well
I play this game alot...it is just that no one has discussed it on the forums... Anyway..I have my theories One is to use the Parry Attack to jump over something...but I'm not sure where it could be used like that.. But there is plenty of strategy in this game to go on and on about...so don't give up.

Too bad then.
But I wont give up, I will continue trying to find tricks for this game. I found some, but I don´t see any way they can be used to complete the game faster. On the other hand, it shows that there are many tricks yet to be discovered and some of them might be useful in a run.
I even had a theory that you could skip the sword in the beginning. Sounds ridiculous doesn´t it?
Well I´m pretty sure that you could if you only could get past those stupid trees. I think there are enough rocks in the forest to make killing the two Bokoblins possible without it. And those Bokoblins tend to hit each other.
When you get to the Forsaken Fortress you would lose the sword you don´t have. But I think that the sword would still lie there to be picked up.
But what am I thinking, skipping the sword in a Zelda game... I´m tired...
Btw, when you first get to Dragon Roost Island you can skip bombing the rock with the blocks above. Just aim for the postbox and do a normal jump, then a jump attack in mid-air. It saves only like 6 seconds but it´s still 6 seconds, right?
Hmm, this feels off-topic somehow... Someone should create a TWW tricks thread. I know there are more people than me checking the game...
Tingle RPG isn't on the list! Or is it felt that this game will be such a joy to play (with the kind of joy only Tingle can spread), that noone would dare play it for speed. The current impossibility of recording DS runs means nothing when a "Zelda" game is involved!
Hehe. Actually, my question is on the bendability or (sequence) breakability of the CD-i games. As very few people have these titles, will we see the speediest natural route? Or will a significant amount of time (to the point of insanity!) be spent researching this game similar to what is done with the mainstream Zelda releases in the time leading up to a run?
