Resident Evil 4 - Separate ways

I noticed there's no RE4 Separate ways speedrun... I thought in doing one... I don't have much strategy plans and routes, but I already started with a target = sub-40~50
...I already completed the first chapter at 5:56, but a lot can be improved, like better luck manipulation, for the chicken to put the key a wee bit faster, avoiding more hits and such...

Shall we discuss?

This is a game we really should discuss. I guess PC version is the same for PS or GC, so why you dont check on of those runs ? But if it is the same version you won't make it sub 1 hour.

I didn't know that this game is even available for PC.

Yeah, I have the PC version and it's a exact copy of the ps2 version

and sub 1-hour is possible. With special weapons sub 45 minutes is more like it.. I'm at the last save (before the Saddler fight) with the CT clocked at 46:xx. I'm sure if the strategy be a little more better, less hits taken, and the damn maze at the beginning of chapter 3 that I'm not sure how to open it with sure and fast yet...

How the hell can you do it in under 1 hour if even others cant do it in under 1 hour, even with special weapons ? The console times are all about ~2 hours. So I am excited how you want to handle that.

Shephard, Seperate Ways is not the main RE4 game but a side game much like Assignment Ada if I'm not mistaken (I've never played Seperate Ways, it was only available on the PS2 I believe).

Seperate ways is available on PS2, PC, and Wii. GCN version doesn't have it.

Actualy the PC version of Re4 is easyer than the versions for PS2 and Gamecube,i havethe Pc version,and after playing it On PS2 before its much easyer to playu it on normal,not that i have more game experiance in RE games at all, just its much easyer the difficulty is done lower than on PS2 Sad

Even me,a mega noob in RE4,gets a hold of the beastes too easely xD
