Verification Files

http://v.speeddemosarchive.com/re3/

Please refer to the Verification Guidelines before posting. Verifications are due by Sept. 22, 2013.

Please post your opinions about the run and be certain to conclude your post with a verdict (Accept/Reject). This is not a contest where the majority wins - I will judge each verification on its content. Please keep your verification brief unless you have a good reason otherwise.

After 2 weeks I will read all of the verifications and move this thread to the main verification board and post my verdict.
The Dork Knight himself.
One question for the runner: The fmv's and cutscenes were skipped as if the game didn't even load them. Was this just from holding a key to skip them immediately or were the files renamed/deleted so the game couldn't load them at all?
Honorable, there is an option that turns off FMV's in the game's options menu.
The Dork Knight himself.
Ah ok, that makes sense.

Out of all the classic Resident Evil games, I'd say this version is the easiest to watch. No annoying door simulation, just straight action. There were a few minor mishaps, but those were from some bad RNG and spots that practically force a zombie down your throat. Gameplay is solid with practically no hesitation.

Accept
Minimal mistakes running-wise. A few seconds visibly lost here and there especially in a few boss fights. No other issues.

Accept
Just finished watching it. No obvious signs of cheating and V/A is fine throughout.

Can't say much about route optimization and item collection, but it <looks> ok, can't really think of any obvious way to improve the way things are done.

Main thing I can offer some commentary on is the execution and it's pretty good. A few small mistakes here and there, but very small things for the most part and the luck (the few places it's really needed) is good enough too. This is not a particularly difficult RE (is one of my favourites despite this), but that's not a reason to reject, quite the opposite, the consistency of the run is quite high and given (what seems) the optimized route, it's a fairly easy accept.
raising the stakes on being bad!
Cheats: None detected (nothing obvious to some one that’s played RE but not this RE)
A/V: Good (except for an odd vhs rainbow like flash that persist throughout the recording, nothing too major but it is a bit distracting)
( I used the HQ version)

Thoughts/Final decision:
Run seems well optimized, the runner is caught by zombies as little as possible, and luck/manipulation seems to be in full swing. The runner also gets all puzzle (those that are possible from memory), within two tries or less.

ACCEPT IT
Now Reap The Whirlwind!
No cheating seen and the A/V looks good.

The run was solid. Very nice execution, planning and manipulation. Only a couple little mistakes.

I say Accept.
A/V good, no cheating detected.

Can't comment on the route either, but everything acquired seems to be used and the movement is top notch.

Accept

Decision posted.
This run should definitely obsolete Luciano's old Easy Mode run btw.

Smiley well, I agree.
Hey, a quick bump.

This run is Japanese Original Mode; the difficulty settings reflect the original Japanese release.

Arrange Mode is eqivalent to the US version (which is much different from the Japanese version), so please specify Original/Hard Mode.
