Please refer to the Verification Guidelines before posting.

Please post your opinions about the run and be certain to conclude your post with a verdict (Accept/Reject). This is not a contest where the majority wins - I will judge each verification on its content. Please keep your verification brief unless you have a good reason otherwise.
The run starts with a failed attempt, which will need to be edited.

The PC version seems to have a really annoying blood color, other than that A/V is good.

There are a little slips here and there, the two hunters in the sewer passage after cleaning the water come to mind but it's still a "kill all Nemesis" single segment run using only the knife. The Nemesis fight in the waste disposal facility is amazing.

Very easy ACCEPT for me and I believe the runner could really improve his time by having better RNG in the Nemesis fight next to the statue of the mayor and general better execution.

Verdict : ACCEPT

Yup, one failed attempt. What's that other file supposed to be for?

I trust the category is a valid one.

Keeper: "very easy accept and could really be improved" how does that work? Cheesy

54:55 this looks like a cut - Keeper, can you confirm it's not?

Nice run, I'll give it 4½ STARS
The simple fact it's a knife run with 100% Nemesis kill means accept to me. There are still improvements that can be made, but in the meantime, the fact that this exists is really impressive.

As a reference note, WR with "knife only" is 47:23 while a "100% Nemesis kill" with all weapons is 48:35. It's safe to say that 54:55 now for "100% Nemesis kill knife only" is highly respectable, though the runner got screwed by bad RNG in some places.

Dude, I meant, at 54:55 it looks like the videos cuts ahead. If you know the game, can you tell us whether or not it's doing that? Run time looks to be 1:06:47
Decision posted.

That is just a cutscene skip. You walk in the park, then the ground collapses and you find yourself fighting the worm thing.

Thanks a lot guys Cheesy i don't know what to do next, also I was checking other categories and I noticed you call Original game as hard, but here is called normal :/
You should do Resident Evil 5 knife only. Kappa
Speedrun http://speedrunslive.com
Yeah, i'll try one day LotBlind OpieOP
LotBlind, I misread what you wrote heheheh

The PC version allows to skip pretty much every door and cutscene.

Guys, do i have to do something else? i ont see my run on the webpage Sad thanks for your answer
Looks like there's already all encodes ready. Now they will be checked by someone for A/V problems, then they'll be timed by the timer, then they'll go into the "ready-to-post" pile and then someone will eventually (could take hopefully no longer than 5-6 months altogether) write some crap about the run and post it on the front page Wink speaking of which, it's not required but if you had anything more to say about the run - e.g. what the main time losses were, what was difficult to manipulate, sources of improvement you know of etc. I'm sure it wouldn't go amiss. You can submit more detailed comments through the same form as before (I think). I can tell you audio commentary tracks are even better-received if you have any amount of stuff to say about your run.

Thanks LotBlind Smiley probably i'll add some text comments to my run, this time i'll pass for audio commentary ('cuz my bad english and bad microphone) when i get a good equipment i'll do for sure, thanks for everything

Sorry if i'm bothering too much.

I've noticed that my run says that was done in Original Mode (same as Jake Tabor and uhTrance) which means hard difficulty, but in my run says that is normal mode, choosing the same category? did i do something wrong? how can i change that? Thanks a lot for your answers
Julian, I'm not sure I understand the question. Your run is categorized here as done on normal. Are you saying that it was played on original/hard? I checked the first few seconds of the video, but couldn't see that you showed the difficulty settings.

You need to slow down the video to catch the difficulty screen (it's between the menu where he chooses "Original Mode" and the "Costume Select" menu), not really visible at normal speed.

As ymh mentioned it, before (or exactly) in the 38 second of the video is appreciated, really hard 'cuz i did it fast, this is the screenshot exactly when i choosed the difficulty http://imgur.com/iFqcMav

Now, if you check Jake Tabor or uhTrance's video, you'll notice that they choose the same difficulty and is categorized as done on hard mode, but my video with the same difficulty is categorized as normal difficulty (not sure if i made me understand Sad )

What I was referring to tho is the screen after your screenshot. After you select "Original Mode" there is a screen where you can choose between "Heavy Mode" and "Light Mode". And exactly that screen is hard to catch: http://imgur.com/2bOd7np

You first choose "Original Mode" (obviously) and then "Heavy Mode", right ? Because these are the same settings for the other two runs by Tabor and uhTrance.
Speedrun http://speedrunslive.com
Another good reference for knowing which difficulty is, there are 2 difficulties  (Arrange and Original) on Arrange mode you need to knife 92 times Nemesis to kill him, while in Original mode you just need to knife him just 82 times. Smiley

Here you'll find the reference (this was my last run on this game done on Arrange mode)

I don't think that's the issue here. It's obvious in your video (the submitted speedrun) that you choose "Original Mode".
And you do choose "Heavy Mode" and not "Light Mode", right ?
Speedrun http://speedrunslive.com
That's correct ymh, i choosed Heavy mode. Thanks for mentioning that too. If you choose Light mode automatically you'll start with a machine gun equipped in the game, and if you check the chest too you'll find a lot of ammo and some weapons like the magnum, etc. Smiley

Yeah, right.

That means this run is done on Hard Mode (like the two other runs), so that should be changed.
