Just dropping a thread here in case people want to get and then speedrun the game, because I realize even casually not many people play the game. But for people who get used to play Ragnarok series (the Online one in general), combined with tactical game like FFT and Disgaea, I will recommend this game even if it's dumb gameplay wise (OST and story are the reason to pick this game casually)

I've been speedrun the game and pure new game with time 4:11:49 (you can search my youtube channel, same username). While the run is on emu, this should be in nearly same load times for console (if you notice slower "now loading" on PSP, data install is there). I've been routing the game in 2 playthroughs to decide the fastest route and strats, the game basically give you 3-4 missions per chapter and you choose one that doesn't require you to kill all enemies for victory conditions. Many things that I just plan the shopping and unit's movement on fly during the run aka not optimal menu-ing, so sub 4 is a possibility.

Here is the best I can make summary for the basic:
- Setting the text to "Fast" and turn voice off seems also reduce the gap for casting skills.
- Press start to skip scenes and burst strike. It's funny that even gamefaqs people don't know this
- Holding X can speed up the walking animations, both you and enemies.
- You can cancel the movement by canceling menu multiple times, useful if you move to wrong spot.
- In basic, it's faster if you make your unit fully damage dealers. Just leave the healing from items alone because leveling up Priest in speedrun is stupid. There are also times that sacrificing an unit (that not story/main characters to cause game over) will be better and create faster check-mate result (like playing chess)
- Being a speedrun, Agility/Dexterity is basically the only stats you care (depend on the classes)
- While New Game+ obviously faster, it's actually need grinding for it. Using the same Sniper team from New Game speedrun only reduce few minutes, not saying that enemies also level up in New Game+ so they got more HP. Other classes can outclassed Sniper's attack range once they level up a lot (I'm not spoil what class it is for now)

I also got the manual for this game, so you can ask things like skill lists. Unfortunately the skill lists are not sorted by level so I have no idea which skill unlocked in what level until you try it...
