I feel this game is very underrated. It's an amazing game, and can be friendly for speedrunning. You are able to skip cut scenes, given you must go back in time to revisit places you've already been. Anyone interested in this game? I would sure like to see a run someday.

Ask rainbowism on irc or on twitter @rainbowism_ and he'll be happy to help. He was routing a good bit of it at one point.

I really enjoyed the game a few months ago so I tried to break it a bit.

Didn't find too much but here is a video for going into slanted walls using movable objects:

I also made a google doc with frame data/observations/glitches: https://docs.google.com/document/d/134fJr6g41SJGkqcb7VnU1oRqTGM185VrEPKtUBcvtsQ/edit?usp=sharing

The biggest thing I noticed is that the loading zone for underground Alistel for when you chase Hugo is always there behind the door. Meaning if we somehow could theoretically clip behind it, you would only need to play through half of the game to get to the point where you can fix the sword, then clip behind the door, get the sword, fix it, and beat the game. (If i'm remembering the story correctly)

Glad someone finally made the thread for this game, else I would have sooner or later. I've only played it once or twice, and I've wanted to route it, but my lack of ability to stream DS games and the fact that I had no routing partner put me off.

I tried to run it low level once, without much success. I'd be running the game glitchless (that's just how I do things), and if there's interest I'll start playing through this again and trying to come up with strategies.

Good stuff. The frame data is really interesting. At least the Oob idea has a decent start.
I know it has been a while since this has had any interest. I really like this game and would love to see a speed run of it. I am going to be trying to play an Any% run soon without any prep work just to see what time is attainable with no planning. If it's a decent run I will probably get some notes down and try to do some solid planning =).

You can probably use these as a reference.
