if this is a real master system the video is probably d4 f1 2d. should also check the downmix to mono checkbox. you may have to use one of the d4 filters (the five squares) to stop it from jumping up and down.

I set it to d4 f1 2d. The downmix to mono is check (it was also check on the last one). Jumping should also be gone.
Since it's d4 instead of d1, HQ wasn't necessary, according to Yua.
