it seems like you somehow introduced motion blur/field blending even though the source is not interlaced. not good.

why not just use yua? you can crop too. e.g. see the attachments.











It's the first time for me to cut video. I don't know how to do it. So i use vegas on Windows 8.1. And i don't how to blur or other. For the cut of source quality i used freemake vidéo. Yua does exist for Windows ? I back from germany in to weeks to retry with yua if You think thoose sample are not good.
yes, yua exists for windows and should do everything you need.

These are acceptable.

Also about Sony Vegas, there are things you can do to get rid of the stuff nate highlighted but it's better in this case to stick with Yua for simplicity sake.
