MGS for PS1 forever.
Not everyone can buy the equipment necessarily to record certain games so I think there should be a fund for this type of stuff.
I don't think we should just give money to anybody who says that they want to record x game but don't have such n such to record it, but if someone like TSA or Marshmallow want to do something and don't have enough money then they should be able to tap into the SDA fund or something. It wouldn't be for games or consoles...but for the equipment to record something.
Most people have a vcr and could easily get $5 vhs tapes to record on. The money would be for a capture card. Fraps doesn't always work *grumbles* so a person has to find alternative means to capture something. I have gone out of my way to get the cables and the means to record something on my vcr from my computer. I can also hook up my vcr to my dad's capture card since he has a 120 gig and I have a 40. It could also be the SDA Approved card or something.
I myself think this is a great idea since one of the biggest problems is finding a way to capture something.
