Pending removal of runs

Once in a while a runner decides he or she no longer wants his or her runs to be hosted by SDA. While you may have seen the new policy regarding run removals, that one will only apply to new submissions. We're not going to retroactively enforce that policy for submissions posted prior to that announcement.

The following runs have pending removal requests:
There are currently no pending removals

Previously removed runs:
Metal Warriors any% and IL table
Star Wars Galactic: Battlegrounds IL table and Clone Campaign IL table
Zombies Ate My Neighbors any%

Ya, that should be a clause in the submission page just to avoid any headaches.

Does this mean the Zombies Ate My Neighbors still has the 35:38 record? I was going to do some runs of that game once I get a capture card. That is if doing the run is still available. Either way once i get the card, runs will be done.

Will these runs be available on archive.org like the obsoleted runs? At least if they're removed from SDA then fans of these games can still watch them elsewhere.

I'm not sure this is an actual removal, you created a sticky thread with links to the runs :/... And now I read archive's faq and they do allow removal of content by the content uploader, you just email info@archive.org.

We aren't archive. If you don't want your runs there, you're welcome to handle it yourself. We've removed them from SDA, like we said we would.

If a run does get removed, will the previous run replace it assuming there was a run prior to that? will the removed run be mentioned at all if the older one does go up?
