Quote from Surreal:
I am quite curious if there are any updates on the run Nami did.

Considering the amount of improvement over the current run, it would be a shame if your's didn't end up on the site.

I was having problems with space earlier so I had to delete most of my raw recordings for this run. I only have the ones that are on youtube and some others. Seems like no updates for the run. If I ever end up playing again I hope I won't do a mistake with overwriting a recording.
It took me a lot of time to finish this run but all thanks go to Miles for planning the route. I wouldn't have had interest in playing without him.
I already forgot my first Chapter was without audio, that would definitely have ruined my chances to send the run on SDA. Anyway I got Swordless Link to share my run on his channel. Here is the playlist link: http://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PL852DC5003C4BB559&feature=plcp Smiley
Yes, a cucco riding the ground.
I played through this game recently and I noticed a small timesaver that doesn't seem to be used in Mark Wong's or NamiNami's run. When you enter paper mode, it takes some time before you can actually pass through gaps. During this time, you can keep moving. So, it saves time to press R before you actually reach the object you want to pass through. For example, at 1:38 in this video, NamiNami went all the way to the sewer grate before pressing R. He then had to wait before he could drop through the grate. Mark Wong did the same thing in his run. If you press R sooner, you can get through the grate sooner. By applying this "trick" throughout the run, you could save a decent amount of time.
