You're saying you "decided to include commentary with this run" talking about the segmented I think, but I don't see any form of commentary. Is this on purpose?

The audio in the segmented run doesn't sound right: no bass. Did you use a different method there?

Oddworld Speedrun Master!

1. I have plans on doing it for the single segment run.
2. My segmented run was recorded on my laptop. Although both devices have the same soundcard, I’m not sure what’s not recording much bass.

Well, I'm afraid the segmented run has problems with the recording. Shame you didn't check it. It sounds really tinny and I don't think it fills the criteria.

The SS on the other hand looks and sounds fine.

6:35 - There's resets so we'll add the "with resets" tag.
9:03 - Would this have been easier if you had had the long running start on the first attempt?
10:30 - Does save spamming help in this screen?
11:13 - Is there no buffer strategy for these inputs? How much time does it save to pull the lever twice?
12:14 - Suddenly it's in English again?
14:50 - Why is it faster to restart via the menu here but not after the other deaths? Also I take it you can't reload a quicksave during the death sequence?
24:30 - What exactly are you doing here? I can see it has something to do with getting Abe from place A to place B.
27:05 - What's all this running back and forth?

The death at 11:13 cost you 28 seconds. Because you're cutting corners, even though it doesn't look like a dangerous part of the run, you're kind of making it risky nonetheless. Unless I'm mistaken, there's nothing stopping you from basically spamming the save key almost everywhere anything could go wrong.

There's a lot of weird stuff here so those comments would sure be appreciated. Though after 1½ times of watching this I think I have the gist of it.

To be honest, I think we should reject both runs because I’m going to submit a better time. The Spanish version does not have all screens translated, but that’s OK. I will be submitting a better qualify single segment run soon.

Well, if you're saying this as well... Yeah, to be honest, I was left with the feeling this wasn't the best it could have went despite some tricks being visibly tricky to pull off.
