I never made an RBA route.
Zelda Scientist®

Oh I thought you were talking about a low% rba route.  Heres the any% rba route.  I just updated it a minute ago too.

EDIT: Is it possible to get the mushroom from the chest without ground jump or hovering?

Yes, a cucco riding the ground.

Should be possible to make that one jump (the one where you'd normally you'd ground jump up, then climb some vines, then do a bombchu shield drop jump) with a megaflip from where you exit the hideout. Then use JetLagJad's method or Kazooie's original method of getting over the wall. EDIT: Yeah, that megaflip is possible: video

EDIT: Uh, never mind, thought you were talking about the Heart Piece. <_< Maybe try going to the area above the prison using the method above, then megaflipping to where the chest is.

Well I was thinking of skipping bombs and I thought with enough chus it could be possible.  But skipping bombs would leave out 2 major superslides, and a 3rd would be best to superslide to the fotress after clearing the gate.  And even if it would save time, I can't make the mega flip from the top of the jail to the chest.  I guess it was worth a shot...
Doin Good
I found an early heart piece some time ago. After some work today I improved it a lot (Cut out 3 chus!). The Heart Piece is in the Windmill and I know that we can just Boomerang it as a child, but this is even earlier.

You can Bombchu hover onto the spinning platform with just 2 chus...
It's time to use the HEALING TOUCH

I don't think you should use RBA at all for a low%, because AKA has shown that you can use RBA to remove items from your inventory. Hence, you can follow the any% route, then spend an extra 5 minutes or so emptying your inventory. I can't see much of a difference between a RBA any% and a RBA low%, they'd look way too similar, whereas a low% normal would look totally different and be more in the spirit of an actual low%.
Yes, a cucco riding the ground.
I think that removing an item would not mean that it was not counted... Otherwise, this would happen for every game where you lost something because of the plot.
wise fwom yo gwave
Look at it this way: there is no inventory for contra, yet we have a low% category. We did this by counting how many powerups were grabbed, not by how many were used (you could technically pick up a power up, die, and never use that gun's power up, but it would no longer be min%).
is silver gauntlet skip allowed or is it considered oob?

As long as you don't jump over a void.

I've been practicing the hover boots - less hover and epona skip might actualy be SS possible with some practice.
He's back!

Thats not actually true since the gate skip in Gerudo is allowed, but then again there is many borderline cases. To me it seems that it can only be OoB if the camera goes into a fixed position.

Yes, a cucco riding the ground.
The Silver Gauntlets skip is equivalent to the technique used in the Forest Temple block room in Yautja's run. So, it's allowed (I think Radix explicitly okayed it a while back, too, IIRC).
Glitching EB 1 flying man at a time
Yeah because I remember that specific trick has been brought up and asked about countless times before with no true response.

I must've missed Radix's OK on it, though.
Stand: Devil's Call in your Heart
link still "touches" oob territory...

at least he's walking in those instances and never leaves the area completely.

I found an acute angle, but I am having trouble getting through. The angle is about halfway between DC's entrance and the flagpole...

I can bombchu hover as an adult without the Hover Boots or nocking an arrow with a certain glitch . Having trouble getting it to work on a second hover. I can't do it as a child.

Using the same glitch I found some FP camera glitches. When you look up or down the camera will not try to return to neutral. Also, when you look left or right Link's body does not lag behind as it normally does...

I found more superslide cutscene stuff. Superslide into a grotto during the Cuccoo Attacks cutscene.

hey guys i was bored and made 4 RBA charts and a small webpage, i think all the information is accurate but i can't be 100% sure. anyway here it is http://cosmo.dreamhosters.com/RBA.html

yea so like those are the only 4 RBA things i am familiar with really, does anybody have any information regarding all the songs, the misc items (stone of agony??), and the left side equipment? (bomb bags, etc)... or any other cool stuff you could do.

Pretty cool.  The only thing I saw wrong is that you said forest medallion can get you the power to go back in time.  I'm not sure exactly what triggers it, but just the forest medallion won't do it.  It might be forest and light, or maybe the deku sprout cutscene.

Also, you can get a max of 127, not 114, although everything past 114 is blurred dungeon stuff you might wan't to put it in (you need to use zora rba).

I also think you should put more decimals in to make it clearer to people who don't know much about binary crap (me).  I made a small chart for the tunics and boots (I remember you put swords and shields on the kokiri sword on adult video)

Kokiri tunic = 1
Goron and Zora = 2
Kokiri boots = 24
Iron = 27
Hover = 56

I think thats right but I might be off a bit

thanks. good ideas, I corrected the forest thing and added a decimal part for each table. your numbers are off but that's cause you were counting not just the item itself but the combination of some other equipment you had on you at the time too. i got the right numbers on the site now

Really good work with this KirbySSB!!!!

This is what we have waiting for, good BA faq! I 'm really sure you can only understand BA enough good if you know those hexdemical stuff first. That is only way to understand how it works.

thanks kazooie, i understand most of the Hex stuff, but i'm not sure about memory addresses like 8011A644

I'm not sure what items for c-right link to what items (I only know a few of them), is there a way to figure that out easily? using hex or memory addresses or something?
