nevermind, bought a tiny $6 CRT to sit on my desk that fills my needs for this.
===============
I'm looking for the cheapest USB capture card I can get to display video. I don't care if the quality sucks or it has terrible bleeding or the resolution is bad or it only does black and white or whatever. It needs to work with Windows 7 64-bit and be detected with normal software (virtualdub or similar). This is very important so please check that there are drivers, and it works on your machine.

Using this for testing games (booting and holding saves) at my desk. I have a capture card for streaming but I don't want to have to move my setup around constantly.

I have a cheap-o Easycap I bought from Amazon a while ago that doesn't work with Windows 7. Those cost about $10, so I'm looking to spend that much here, shipped, at most.

When in doubt, use explosives.
I use my Pinnacle Dazzle DVC100 to capture from my PS2 with composite, on my laptop with x64 Win7.
Works like a charm.

That said, you might want to look at the knowledge base thread for a few pointers about the audio.
In short, the Dazzle doesn't quite enjoy capturing audio unless you're using Pinnacle software.
I don't mean to be rude but I think my post is pretty clear that I'm not really looking for help or suggestions here.
When in doubt, use explosives.
I should stop having good intentions at 7am. Sorry, then.
