Hey guys, I'm still kinda new here so sorry if creating this thread is a mistake or something but I couldn't find my answer, but I wanted to know if you are allowed to set times for N64 titles using a passport to get past the region lock?

So this is just so that I can use NTSC games on a PAL N64.

NTSC titles on PAL N64 doesn't play the game as accurate as playing it on a NTSC N64. I'm going to say no on this one.

If you watch this video at 3:00, you get to hear a NTSC copy of Mario 64 sound pitch much higher than usual. This is because it was played on a PAL N64.

Thank you for the reply, I'm a bit more into the game playing side of speed running than the technical side so thank you for the info.

NTSC games on a PAL console will run roughly 17.5% faster than normal, which will make the sound a higher pitch and the games often become harder as a result.
