Enhasa pointed out that Altered Beast is a good candidate. Two grown men gain power-ups that make them more naked and more buff.

One of the highlights involves humping bears at 3:17.

I have reason to believe that the SimCity Helicopter Expansion had a gay programmer, so the programmer programmed in gay dancers and gay men kissing on his and his partner's birthdays, later he got fired and all of those particular copies got taken off the shelves.

You forgot MGS3. Amongst the horde of lame things in that game, Volgin and Raikov were getting it on. And it didn't stop there in the Snake Eraser bonus movie in Subsistence...

the fact that Liquid actually took the time to remove Snake's shirt before their fight. Snake and Otacon talking about love, not to mention how much it was revealed how much time they spent together between 1 & 2.
