I'm planning on doing a speedrun of this game on Hard difficulty, multi-segmented. There are 6 main missions, each split into their own sub-missions, so there should be around 22 segments total.
As far as I can tell, the game keeps your health and ammo through each sub-mission, but sometimes you'll get free health. For example, on the third part of mission 1 you start in a jeep with a machine-gun and blast away at the enemies while your friend drives for you. It would suck to start off with 1 health since you can't exactly go hunting for health items. The game does an automatic save between each sub-mission, so it will be easy to load and keep my run consistent.
There's one mission where you have to go through this town and there are hidden snipers in fixed locations. My plan for that one will be to figure out the exact spot to stand in, and the exact angle to shoot the enemy snipers in one or two hits, without actually seeing them first. That will be fun..
Anyways, I'm new to speedrunning, so if anyone has some general tips, I'd appreciate it.

Well scratch that idea. The demo feature doesn't work, and fraps slow my computer too much. Oh well.
