If I am understanding the IL table correctly, the goal is to get the lowest IGT (the timer in the right corner), which is manipulable by doing certain things, even at the cost of Real Time(?). I had trouble finding clear information on the mechanics.  The end time for this IL is faster than the time on the published table. It's also slower by about 13 seconds in RT.  So, assuming we are going for that low IGT...

The movement and shooting here is efficient for the most part. While the runner is a bit behind on IGT at certain points, they make up for that in the office at the end with some flourishes and such; the timer goes down past the currently published run.

I hope someone more familiar with the mechanics can explain this better than me.

Accept, providing lower IGT is the aim here.
Provided this gets accepted, pre-emptively asking the runner (if you're around) if they had plans of making further submissions to plan out updates.

And yeah, Max Payne has an IGT category for ILs that relies on heavy timer manipulations.
Yes, whenever a reload is performed in slow motion it will often (not always) be performed in a flourish that temporarily pauses the IGT, however the hidden game timer (that tracks things like level transitions and such) is untouched, so it can be very useful when hitting moments where you are forced to wait. Killing enemies will also give you more time. Without being able to use the reload animation to stop the time, my time would have very likely been above the current time.

I think I could go lower but this is the best I can do at the moment. I might try again soon when my current living situation and academics are figured out!
Decision posted.

Ah, right, I mostly meant for other ILs, but of course especially if you mean to improve on this one more.
