I finaly know how to do it ^_^
Its made by using "-developerkeys" in the path of the game icon....
Than you can switch between all characters(Naked Mona too) and Warp throught out the levels when you want xD
Its holarious ^^
Ill check it on my pc soon,too lazy today.

Happy to say that the speed run process is...well proceeding from my side Tongue

but i dont know about Eduard.
But still,i think that the run will be fun and funny.
Btw,Acapulco does your ZD soft works properly with Max Payne 2? Mine kicks out of the game for some reason :hit:

Well,the problem is,that i cant do a video with out a programm that records Max Payne 2 gameplay... ZD software does not work for me for some reason Lips Sealed

And btw,if you can hit me with the Shortcuts you taked about Wink

Cuz i did lots shortcuts my self,may be i know some new stuff too Smiley

Well I have only been using FRAPS when I made runs... just keep in mind that you need a lot of HD space....

oh, sorry to hear that =(

yeah I got that issue once, and I just lowered the graphics...so when I record I use like 800x600 with medium or low on graphic overall setting that made it go 30+ fps and didnt lag anytime =)

hope if fixes your issue

WE are back in buisnes, but Edd wants to TRAIN more xD
So may be this will take a little more than we expected ,
Ill try to lower the graphics like you said.

New tricks are learned and new techniues are born,new shortcuts and stuff like that.

Altho the game cant be passed in less than an hour,i mean the vid will be more than an hour Angry

but we workhard to make it good.
2 Sarou:Your vids showed me some new triks O_O and i cant still do the DAMN tripple jump.
Any tips on performingthe trick?

I just went through news and saw a new Max Payne 2 run Shocked

hmm...Nothing out of the ordinary with the run...I wonder HOW he could knock such a big gap from Sarous previous run Huh?

better shooting when max jumps out the building :P.

triplejump: jump normally and when you're about to hit the ground do doublejump. It's easy when you get the hang of it.

yeah I also noticed that...he used a rather good strategy for sniping...

Have you checked his times?? (the ones you see after the level is done) I haven't been able to since my times aren't on this computer...

I have good news for now.
I have a vid of a record ''BLowing Up" p2c3 with shortcut its 25 seconds willl post it some day this week,need to encode it tho Cheesy

The run is going a bit slower than i expected Sad

Eduard is sick of the game ....(again)
But all i need to do now is to get used to the mona levels Sad

I hate covering max while he runs and dies xD
aNd thanks for the tips ,epreciate it,will try to nail it but too much training goes on the techniques that are needed for the single segment run, altho i can pass the game less than in 1h and 30 min's
so proggress is going a bit xD

if you mean taking the raw .avi from FRAPS and decompress it there are many ways..

In the Rules of speedruns on SDA there is a program mentioned (don't remember which one, I don't use that program)

I use ImToo MPEG Encoder - Yes it says MPEG but do all kinds of diffrent encoders e.g. AVI, WMV and all other ^^
