My feelings on The Demon Rush

If you can't if pay up by December 5th (we have to pay in full by then), then please don't sign up. Note that all price estimates DO NOT include food.
Overview
Yes, I know there's already a headcount topic, but this topic is necessary because of how paying the 4-H center works. Basically, they write up a contract based on what we want, and we have to pay 25% of the contract within two weeks. We have to pay the remainder a month before the event, which means the remainder is due on December 5th because we want to stay there the day before the marathon (Jan 5th) to set up equipment and hang out, meet/catch up, and play games of course.
Yes, that's right we're going to have a lock-in like last year. If you're wondering when the marathon starts, it will be January 6th around 3 or 4 pm, and it will go until January 10th (probably around midnightish).
After the marathon on the 11th , we'll kick back a bit, maybe tour the city and do some sightseeing, go to restaurant, and do some bonus streaming, containing all of the games we would have liked to do the in the marathon, but we didn't have the time for. Or just random fun stuff like Ninja Kids. That is, until MAGFest.
We'll be staying in the center until the 11th, on the 12th we'll be going back to the marathon house for a day.
If we have enough participants, we'll keep the 4-H center in the period after the marathon ends, but before MAGFest begins. However, we will NOT be staying in the 4-H center during MAGFest. You will have to find your own lodging, preferably at the Hilton where MAGFest is being held.
