Probably you could guess the next question (I don't want to assume anything), but all I want to say for myself is that I couldn't ever imagine my Lufia-playing girlfriend from college doing speedruns. Actually, I couldn't imagine anybody I know IRL doing speedruns. I don't go around telling people what I do, but even when people find out they are always like "oh, that's nice"... you know, like being polite.

Honestly, I couldn't imagine myself doing this either...just I heard about the forum all the time and when I was last over in England I got to watch a 10 hour speedrun and I'm like WTF?
Helped it was Breath of Fire III and then I hear "Oh yeah, there's a Lufia one somewhere some guy is doing" so I steal the computer and check it out...and I had just bought Alundra on eBay at the time with some other games. So of course, I got caught up in it.
Not as bad as it sounds, but I still like my Lufia fics and the sites. I like to actually verify it ^_^
It's been two months since it was submitted, but I trust that it will eventually be posted in due time.
Unless I forgot to submit my author's comments, but I recall that I sent them nearly two months ago.
I also managed to find more information regarding the game through some hacking, such as enemy information.
When I think about the run now, I believe the only way to improve upon my time is to get more favorable battles, which needs even more luck abuse than what I used in the run. Good luck to whoever wants to improve it. I'll be willing to help by submitting my notes.
I find it weird that you submitted it 2 months ago yet it's not on the "needing verifiers" list. Maybe it's caught somewhere else in the chain or has simply been forgotten about. Try giving Radix a friendly reminder (yeah I know how scary that can be :P).
I'm really looking forward to this. It wasn't long ago I finished Lufia myself, a really nice RPG with an engaging story that just gets better and better. The later part of the game rocks. The game had its downsides though, but you tend to forget them while playing, somehow... just... magically.
