A complete and utter noob.
Hey, I have recently decided I want to start Speedrunning games. I have been practising Limbo but I am wondering are there any tricks that I should know about. I know about the Tire Jump trick, I am wondering if more exist.

Also, if anyone could give me ideas on where to split in Limbo, that'd be great.

Welcome aboard!

I strongly suggest checking out the Limbo thread in the planning section. I'm sure there's plenty of knowledge to be retrieved from there. I know one of feasel's runs are linked in there so you should check that one out as well.

When it comes to splits, place them wherever you feel would be a good spot to measure your time at. This usually comes down to personal preference and depends on what parts you are inconsistent with and what parts you have pretty much nailed already.
