From the very little I know from this game, the run looks pretty amazing in terms of gameplay optimisation. The randomness might not be perfect at all times but oh well.

Audio/video quality is good all along the run, no cheating detected on my side.

If it was relying on me alone I'd say accept.
I won't pretend that I grasp all the details of how every wave went, but at least I now know enough about the game to roughly know what's going on. The comments also explain most of what there is worth knowing. I can't say that I have anything to add that's not explained in there already. Overall, it's a good watch and a quite excellent run (and, as I have learned to expect from adeyblue by now, a good job on the informative run comments and the audio commentary).
