I love YaBB 1G - SP1!
not to say that i didnt search...cause i did but no one is talking about making a run of this game.
So i tried (on proud mode) and did it in 10 hrs....shhhhhh i know its long but its only the first run thats why im working on making it faster

besides:
skipping the movies
running past most enemies
short hopping to air combo ground enemies
and skipping agrabah completely

any more suggestions to help make this run faster?

You're not looking hard enough. There is already a topic about this. Look past the first page. There is a mapped route and a lot of other things. We are working on it.
