Alright, so I just came across this. I've been mostly just using routing and glitches I found myself, but it's nice to see other people running the game. I've only really run NG+ so I'm sorry that I can't help much with NG routing.
Now then time to drop some fun truths on everyone:
Red tickets are amazing. If you use a red ticket while the timer on the side is counting down you will be able to use Final Judgement on any golden enemy. For NG runs this could save a lot of time.
I've yet to find a way to avoid the phone calls mid stage, but you can change who calls by going on dates with the other two girls. I've still not timed out who has the fastest line, but I think it's Natalia. (Koharu and Betty both talk slowly and draw out there words, that's my only reason for thinking this.)
The Giant Head damage glitch isn't quite the what everyone thinks, I require more testing to be sure, but I think after a hit it randomizes which part of his body is vulnerable next.
Dolly 1, if you have the charge cannon, you can make it so that they never leave the water and, if you wait a bit, you can end the fight in a few seconds with some double hits. (My execution time on her is usually about 20 seconds.)
With the Tommy boss fight, after you deplete the health bar of any of his appendages, hide in a corner and he'll do his charge move where you can get the assassinate on him.
The fight with David in a dream (Mission 8) you can do the mission slightly faster if you attack one thing that spawns first if it isn't David. (Alright, so I said that a bit stupidly, but here's the idea: Things spawn one at a time from left to right, David still takes damage if what you attack is a bad guy, though it's a smaller amount. Meaning if something that takes damage spawns on the left, before David, you can actually save some time. I personally never do it though.)
I've mostly just been posting my runs on speedrun.com, but you can find my current PB here: (It's a 1:09:38 NG+ run.)
I haven't really bothered streaming, as I usually have shitty upload speeds so I have to run a super poverty stream, but I am currently working on a NG+ guide that talks about optimal strats and stuff.
