Insane Killer Robot
A/V good, no cheating detected. The run is very solid, and even with the few tries it took to skip the world 3 boss, that still saved a bunch of time. All the other tricks and skips were pulled off pretty well. Easily giving this an accept.
Very easy accept for me. Skipping the third boss, the most RNG heavy component of the game, is a huge deal. There are tiny mistakes here and there but nothing big in the big scheme of things.

Congrats!
1-1, 1-2, 1-3: Pretty much the same as Jorf's run, just slightly faster.
1-4: The new run got the wall jump on the first try, which saved 2 seconds.
2-1, 2-2, 2-3: Pretty much the same as Jorf's run, just slightly faster.
2-4: Around 10 second faster than Jorf. Most of it because of (much) better timing at the boss. It looks great!
3-1: A little over 5 seconds saved. It looked like a more direct and aggressive approach was used on the flying group enemies and no visible execution mistakes.
3-2: Some small execution mistakes in the current run cost around 2 seconds. Clean play in the new run.
3-3: The new run caught two lag spikes because of too many enemies and also had to stop and dispatch of enemies before continuing in one spot. The current run didn't have these issues and was 3 seconds faster (the only level in the game, where the current run was faster). From what I can see, it looked  like bad RNG, more than proper mistakes.
3-4: It took 3 tries to get the new skip to work, but it was well worth it. Something like 2 min 40 secs saved over the current run.
4: Pretty bad mistake in the current run by not immediately finding the sweet spot on the boss. The new run had none of those issues and saved 13 secs in the process.

Overall, this run is superb. There is a lot of RNG and many of the jumps and tricks have small frame windows to get to work. With the odd exception, everything is executed very well.

Easy accept
Decision posted.
