I'm sure they'd rename it if they were going to release it here. Since they're not, I doubt they care that it's a rather amusing pun in English. Or maybe they know and they're amused by it too.

Hey, I cited other sources too.  The fact that there's a message board on it in gamefaqs doesn't hurt the chances of it being real, does it?

No, it's not an intended pun. Touch Dic - Dic is short for Dictionary. The only people who would think the title is funny are fluent English speakers. As far as I know, this is only available in Korea.

Also, this is very old news.
