The glitch on quid pro quo that you were describing has happened to me several times. It's pretty ridiculous. I'm going to do another run on easy on like Saturday or something, during which I hope to greatly improve my 3:44 time. During that run I screwed up and died on the fetch fight, and I also got the quid pro quo glitch for the third or fourth time.

hmmm I never got that glitch while I was practicing on the earlier patch and the other day I updated the game and the glitch happened :/ It's most likely the patch or it's really rare. I have work on saturday but I'll try to tune in to your run. I'm going to be recording my runs soon since I'll be able to.
In my first playthru, Hank didnt show up at the docks where he was supposed to be and I saved and reloaded and there he was. I also had one instance in the first part of the last Augustine fight where I knocked her down and she disappeared thru the floor and wouldnt return. Had to reload there too. First playthru was good, now I am going thru an evil run now.
Yesterday I finished another run, and one thing stood out to me. During the mission where you are going to the crime scenes of fetch's victims, I ran into a bit of a snag. When I was taking the picture of the 2nd dead guy, for some reason the picture would not send to reggie. I lost a hell of a lot of time because I was unprepared for this glitch having never seen it before. I was able to figure out that loading from the last autosave fixes it. I was still able to pb with a time of around 3:42 (showing how bad my last run really was) but 8 felt like i needed to explain this glitch incase anyone else gets hit by it. I'm not sure how exactly it triggered, but i think it might have had something to do with DUPs engaging me after i had heated all the ones that you need to before being able to take the picture.
the same thing actually happened to me but the icon for taking a picture wasn't coming up and there weren't any DUPs around in my mini map so I looked around the place. It turns out that there were a couple of DUP guys around but wasn't showing on my map. I killed those guys and the icon came up soon after. It may be the same case for sending the picture.
I completed another run with a time of 3:16:40 and this time, the run is recorded (:

I kind of wish I had been recording my casual playthrough of this game, but as I played I found a lot of glitchy things that could be of use possibly. I'm not quite sure how they would be of use yet, but anyways the two main glitches I came across was how easy it was to clip through things using the video dash and also during the final Augustine battle I actually clipped under the map by trying to dash away from an attack and running into a corner. The only thing I can really think of that would make this help at all is if you just hovered under the map during the Augustine fight and wailed on her from below. I have no idea if that would work though.
