#1 99 Sorc on Diablo 2 Ladder Season 2, 8/26/04

I have revived after such a long time of IRL hell, but fortunately my resolve to keep going and doing LPs hasn't faultered in 6 years. I eventually want to get good at some speed-running, and I attempted Ys 3 in the past but never finished it since I got stuck. I then realized that I was showing my age and my health got the best of me.
Fast forward about 6 years, and I resumed my Let's Play of Lord of the Rings for DOS (PC) - the Enhanced CDROM version. One of the guys was actually interested in speed-running this game, whereas I've literally taken it apart and done some hacking of my Savegame files with a Hex Editor.
Now why did I come back? GDQ and RPG Limit Break inspired me to do so because they are fundraising for charities that are similar to health conditions that I have suffered in the past. I would love to be a part of that community, but by my very nature, I've always been an introverted, lone-wolf type of person.
Thus, if I was to start a charity by doing my own gaming videos, it would be for the Crohn's and Colitis Fundation of America (CCFA.org). It's a noble cause, but a difficult undertaking as I am sure Essentia and Spike Vegeta both know from GDQ and RPGLB. I'm currently employed as a Senior IT Analyst, and this has been one of the most steady jobs I've had that allows me to live with my wife, cats and pay all my bills and all.
