There's a number of decent photo editing programs out there, but the best is definitely photoshop.  And the only way to get it without paying Adobe oodles of money (seriously, the number is akin to robbery >_<) is pirating.

Okay I'll explain...

I guess I worded my post wrong, eh it doesn't matter.
I wanted a wallpaper for Christmas when I get Final Fantasy VII, VIII, and IX. I was hoping someone had/knew of one, that I could use, or could easily make it without me having to go find pictures.

So... Can I just have a program better than Paint, to make a wallpaper that I want to make. Sorry for bothering everyone...

The whole point of this topic was to find someone who had found/already knew of a wallpaper with all three games on it.

I searched with google, and didn't find one.
