HUGE file size, and major audio lag

Where is the new version of the video?
IF it's okay with XviD, then uninstalling DivX and installing it again should make it encode well. I hope you haven't used any codec packs, though....

The new video url is the same as the old one that you couldn't play.

Whenever I upload a video to youtube, it has audio lag. Do you know how to fix that? Even videos with perfect in-sync audio upload with atleast a .5 second lag. Click the link in my signature for my youtube acct.

Youtube's encoding scheme sucks in general. In just about every video I've seen on that site there's been audio lag.

To get around it you could make a temporary video with audio playing too early.. then youtube's crap encoder should correct the desync. Look for something called interleaving in the audio tab of virtualdub. Use the audio skew correction.

*watches video* You still haven't fixed the right audio channel.

And youtube always gets audio lag...which is why i don't like it, even though i can easily fix this...

Interesting, I re-encoded your video with the new SDA settings for Insane Quality 320x240 H264 and the final average bitrate was 1246 kbp/s, meaning IQ would be discarded since it fits under HQ.

Anyways...
