We all scream for Eyes Cream
I installed Huffyuv and while attempting to record a test recording, it didn't show up in the compression list. I redownloaded it again and installed once more just in case, but still nothing. I am using Windows 7 so this might be the problem.

Are you putting it in the VirtualDub plugins folder?  I had to put it there for VD to pick it up.

Windows XP? Vista? 7? 32 bit? 64 bit? Virtualdub version? Huffyuv codec version? Link to the huffyuv download? Steps you took to get it working?
