I normally don't keep defaults, but I do love SDA!
I showed the vid to my family.

They said "What am I watching?"

I said "This is the fastest video of someone beating a game on this site."

"How long did it take?"

"A few weeks between planing, recording and playing it over and over."

"So someone paid you to do this?"

"No, it was just a hobby, for fun."

"Oh, so you get some kind of award?"

"Ummm... No, not really"

"Oh.. that's nice"  (looks at me funny)

i just had my first run accepted a couple days ago ... and i jumped up and down and screamed like a little school girl flapping my arms up and down like a bird.  I had tears running down face ... tears of joy.  I felt like climbing a mountain and shouting to the world that i finally achieved success in the world.  Milestone of my life ...

She holded the record for longest SS (4:48) until KH2 (4:52) and Pokémon Fire Red (5:16) unthroned her. But she still holds the longest segmented run Smiley

Oh, I was just looking at the game list and sorted by time, which didn't show those two runs since the segmented was faster.

I believe it's my Fire Red "Elite 4 Round 2" single segment run. 5:16...

I know there's also at least The Little Mermaid, but I don't think that is a really good example to bring up in this case. Grin

(The old Tomb Raider run is another one. Probably more I can't remember.)
