I've been playing around with this game and finally decided to take some cracks at it.
The route is pretty basic - just "escape the nightmare" as quick as possible. I do say that I found Rachael in the basement, since it has less text.
v1's rough timing (from first text after being told to wear headphones) until I press Y to "escape this nightmare" is 9:09. Video encoded.
I don't think there's any ways to speed it up, other than better skipping though text. I'm not sure if anybody here has played it, but I thought I'd post this anyways to see.
