Rules
The Game is defined by the following rules:
1. If you know the rules of The Game, you are playing it. You can never stop playing.
2. Every time you remember that you are playing The Game, you lose.
3. When you lose the game, you are obliged to announce this fact to everyone present. Some typical ways to announce a loss are "I just lost The Game", "I thought about The Game", "I lost", "I lose", or simply "The Game".
4. Once you have lost The Game, you are still playing The Game. Even after losing, you can never stop playing.
Some variations of the rules include:
1. If you lose, you lose for a 30 minute period. You cannot lose during the losing period
2. If someone proclaims that they have lost the game while you are reading Ezekiel 25:17 aloud then you are excempt from the rules for a breif period of time.
3. If you die (as in, physically die) while losing, then you lose forever
4. If you die (as in, physically die) while not losing, then you win a patch!
5. If you announce that you lose and someone asks what you are talking about, you are required to explain the game to them.
