I love YaBB 1G - SP1!
I did something different. I removed mouse accelleration entirely from windows xp. Think I found the solution on www.annoyances.org. Here's how (easiest way):

Create a reg file on your desktop (f.ex: mouseacceloff.reg). Edit the file and insert the information below. After you've made the file, simply run it, and answer yes when prompted if you want to update the registry. I don't take any responsibility for what might or might not happen, but it has worked miracles for me (basically since I hate all mouse acceleration).

Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Mouse]
"SmoothMouseXCurve"=hex:00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,a0,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,40,\
01,00,00,00,00,00,00,80,02,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,05,00,00,00,00,00
"SmoothMouseYCurve"=hex:00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,66,a6,02,00,00,00,00,00,cd,4c,\
05,00,00,00,00,00,a0,99,0a,00,00,00,00,00,38,33,15,00,00,00,00,00
I used logitechs mouseware soft, where was "no acceleration" option. You can also set 200Hz sample rate on using this prog.

Hah, that's what I searched the web for a few years now!
I have the problem in the original UT, and neither the logitech mouseware nor the in game settings would change anything about it....

Wait a sec... I just have to try that...

EDIT: It works woohoo! You are my hero.
