I can't find the 5th secret

i found:

-secret cells & shaft
-ring
-jumpy +100
-water rockets

isn't the water +100 supposed to be a secret or am i blind?!

If you jump down the centre of one of the spiral stairs you get teleported up to a shelf (with like a +15 health pack -- sucky secret).  I think that's the one you've missed.
